Father and son interpret a classic of Ray Price.
In 1953, Price formed his band, the Cherokee Cowboys. Among its members during the late 1950s and early 1960s were; Roger Miller, Willie Nelson, Darrell McCall, Van Howard, Johnny Paycheck, Johnny Bush, Buddy Emmons, Pete Wade, Jan Kurtis, Shorty Lavender and Buddy Spicher. Miller wrote one of Ray Price's classics in 1958, "Invitation to the Blues", and sang harmony on the recording

Father and son interpret a classic of the Western Swing.
"Milk Cow Blues" is a blues song written and originally recorded by Kokomo Arnold in September 1934. It was such a commercial success that four sequels were recorded: from "Milk Cow Blues – No. 2" in February 1935 to "Milk Cow Blues – No. 5" in February 1936. The record made Arnold a major star, and was widely imitated by artists in the blues and Western swing.
